Manage your Impact Account profile
Manage the details that appear on your Impact Account profile.
On the web:
- Select your Impact Account or an account you administer on the Home screen.
- Select Impact Account settings in the left-hand navigation.
- Select the Impact Account information tab.
- Under Basic information:
- Select the pencil icon beside Impact Account name to make a change, then select Save. Note, only account owners can change the Impact Account name.
- Select the plus sign beside Description to add a description of your Impact Account profile, then select Add.
On the mobile app:
- Select your avatar at the top-right of the screen.
- Under the section Impact Account settings, select Impact Account information.
- Select the pencil icon beside Impact Account name to make a change, then select Save. Note, only account owners can change the Impact Account name.
- Select the plus sign beside Description to add a description of your Impact Account, then select Add. To update the description, select the pencil icon.
Note:
When you set up your account, your Impact Account name defaults to your first and last name. Your Impact Account name is how you’ll appear when sending gifts, if you choose to share it. You can change this to a specific name or a nickname any time.
