Enabling monthly gifts to a Campaign

You can offer supporters the option to make monthly gifts to your Campaign and associated Giving Groups. This option is turned off by default, so you must turn it on manually.

If you no longer wish to accept monthly gifts, you can turn the option off at any time.

To turn on the option of monthly gifts to a Campaign:

  1. Select Manage to the right of your Campaign page.
  2. Under Monthly Gifts, check the Yes, allow monthly gifts to the Campaign and Campaign Giving Groups box.
  3. Select Save Changes.

Note:

If you manage the funds raised by Giving Groups in your Campaign, turning on the option of monthly gifts will turn it on for all the Giving Groups. Giving Group administrators will not be able to manage this setting.

To turn off monthly gifts to a Campaign:

  1. Under Monthly Gifts, uncheck the Yes, allow monthly gifts to the Campaign and Campaign Giving Groups box. 
  2. Select Save Changes.

Note:

When the option of monthly gifts is turned off, new supporters will not be able to schedule monthly gifts to your Campaign or associated Giving Groups from that point on.
