Joining and leaving Giving Groups
How do I join a Giving Group?
When you’re logged into your Impact Account, you’ll need to join a Giving Group before you can contribute to the group. As a Giving Group member, you’ll receive email notifications about group activity, including comments from other supporters and updates from the group’s administrators. If you only want to receive certain updates, you can adjust your email preferences at any time.
To join a Giving Group: Select Join to the right of the Giving Group. This will allow you to give to the group and participate in conversations with other members.
How do I leave a Giving Group?
If you no longer want to be a member of a Giving Group or receive notifications about its activity, you can leave the group at any time:
- Select Giving Groups & Campaigns at the top of your screen.
- Under Giving Groups you have joined, select the three dots in the top-right corner of the Giving Group you wish to leave.
- Select Leave Group.
You can also leave the Giving Group by selecting the gear icon to the right of Give on the Giving Group’s front page. You can then select Leave Group.
