Accepting Giving Group invites

As of June 2026, we’ve made it easier to join Giving Groups in just one step.

Once you click “Join group” from your email inbox or the Notifications Centre, you’ll be taken to the group page where you’ve already been made a group member.

We’ve also improved our support content in the app if you’re unable to join a group, so it’s easier to get help and get back to giving with your community.

Logging in with Google or Apple

With this release, you can connect your Google or Apple account and use it to log in to your Impact Account.

To add Google or Apple as a login method, select either option on the login page and enter your Impact Account email and password once. After that, you can use Google or Apple to log in going forward.
