To change or add an email to your Impact Account, please email the Charitable Impact team at email@example.com.
While every email address that you add to your Impact Account will receive notifications about your giving activity, only your primary email address can be used to log in. This primary email is also where you’ll receive instructions for resetting your password if you’ve forgotten it.
Why add multiple email addresses to an Impact Account?
- If you share your Impact Account with your spouse or child, each of you can receive account notifications to your email address.
- It can sometimes make it easier for friends to find and give to you on Charitable Impact—they’ll be able to find you using any of the email addresses associated with your account.
