Request a match on the money you add
If your employer or another matching partner has agreed to match your giving on Charitable Impact, you or your Impact Account admins can request a match whenever you add money to the account.
You’ll receive an invitation from them to join their matching program. Once you’ve joined, you or your admins are ready to request matching.
On the web: Select your Impact Account or an account you administer on the Home screen. Then select the blue Add money button under the account balance.
On the mobile app: From the Overview screen, select the blue Add money button under the account balance.
- Fill out the required information as per these instructions: Add money to your Impact Account.
- Under Matching partner, select an available matching opportunity.
- Once you've completed the deposit, your match request will either be automatically approved and added to the Impact Account, or sent to the Company Account admin for manual approval. This depends on how they've set up their matching policy.
