Gift information

Gifts from donors on Charitable Impact appear in your Charity Account dashboard as soon as they’re reviewed and approved. Charitable Impact aims to approve gifts within 1 to 2 business days of the gift being made by a donor.

If you’re an admin on a Charity Account, you’ll receive an email from Charitable Impact to notify you of any new gifts that have been approved.

Download donation information

Gifts

You can view recent gifts that donors have made to your charity using Charitable Impact from your dashboard and from the Gifts page.

The Gifts page includes details about the gift, including:

• date the gift was given
• donor name (if the gift was not given anonymously)
• gift amount
• disbursement amount (note that a gift is marked as pending when it has not been disbursed to your charity yet)
• notes or dedications that the donor may have included with their gift

Create a custom gift report

You can create a custom gift report displaying gifts made by donors during a specific date range.

1. On the Home screen, select the charity under Manage charities and companies.
2. Select Gifts from the top menu. 
3. Use the calendar picker to select a date range.
4. Select Email data report. The report will be emailed to all charity admins on the Charity Account. 

Disbursements

When money is disbursed from Charitable Impact to your charity, you can download disbursement reports with the transaction details.

1. On the Home screen, select the charity under Manage charities and companies.
2. Select Disbursements from the top menu. 
3. Select the PDF or .csv icon to download a disbursement report.

Disbursement reports are organized by disbursement date. To view and download disbursement reports for a specific date range, use the calendar picker to select a date range.
